General Policy

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to U.S. law, which provides the right to a refund for faulty, unfit, or misdescribed goods. Refunds typically provided as store credit
  • Order Cancellation:
    • A 15% restocking fee applies to all canceled orders.
    • The 15% restocking fee will be waived if the refund is issued as store credit, providing the full amount as store credit.
    • Refunds for canceled orders will generally be issued as store credit.
