I bought 10 and each one was individually packed. Fish were very bright and fully colored, they were a tad small and thin though but over all great

Betta came in healthy and active

6 shrimp and 2 black koi flame ribbon guppies arrived first, with one guppy doa and one that wouldn’t live much longer. Customer service was very easy to talk to. They sent a replacement for the doa with the two full gold ribbon guppies, which shipped the day I submitted the pictures! Just spoke with customer service and sent pictures for the other koi ribbon guppy today, so I expect that will be reviewed just as quickly. Was a pleasure doing business, will be back again!

Fish healthy when arrive

The fish arrived packed extremely well and absolutely stunning. One of my females had 9 children (fry) in the bag with her. I was so excited because i was able to save them. The males are stunning as well, fins are a beautiful shade of blue. Fish are healthy and hungry. I will definitely order again. The staff was very easy to work with. I am beyond pleased!
