• Water Requirements: Prefer clean, soft, acidic water with a pH of 6 - 6.8 and gH of 4. They thrive in cool temperatures between 68 and 78 degrees F.
• Aquarium Setup: Must be fully cycled with plenty of biofilms and plants for grazing. Maintain ammonia and nitrite levels at zero and keep nitrate under 25ppm. Weekly water changes of 10-20% are recommended to keep nitrate levels low.
• Feeding: Feed only 2-3 times a week to prevent overfeeding, which can lead to shrimp deaths.

Breeding:
