Great fish, bad customer service

I ordered 1 male 1 female guppy on May 4. I received 1 male guppy May 7. I reached out to customer service via email and they responded that day. They couldn’t believe that I didn’t receive the other guppy. I had pictures to prove it. After that the stopped responding to my emails and I have no received a refund or a replacement for the guppy I didn’t receive. I tried contacting customer service again through live chat, no response.. this was my first time ordering live fish through Houston aqua but I have ordered live plants before. Don’t know that I’d order anything from here again honestly.

I paid for one day shipping, experienced a delay, and only had one doa. The pair that remains is doing really well. The male was quite stressed in the bag but perked up after a 2 hour acclimation. The female that survived shipping is very lively and quite large. Hopefully, she's pregnant. Overall, I'm happy with the fish I received and would order again.

Beautiful!

On July 6 I ordered a pair of these guppys and they just arrived today! (Due to the weather, my shipment had been delayed) Both fish came in healthy and bright! My only gripe is that my male doesn't really have as much of the mosiac as I was hoping. I did pay $50 for overnight shipping to try and reduce the fish stress as much as I could

Our guppies, aged 3 to 3.5 months, are perfect for easy transport and ready for breeding. Each pair consists of one male and one female, roughly 3CM in size.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
