First Order, Emotional been High

We submitted an ordered for 2 set of Full Gold 24K & 2 set of Full Gold 24k Ribbon. Shipment & Delivery longer than expected; but we did received the fish.

We received 12 Full Gold 24k Ribbons; they said they were out of the non Ribbons. It would be great if they inform us first; but they didn't. We didn't mind; cause running a business and having live fish Delivery locally and interstate are not easy.
However, the fish we received almost 50% displayed sickness or dead upon arrival (probably due to Delivery stress). To recap (fish received around 6pm): 1 dead upon arrival, 1 showed sign of lethargic & died next morning, and 3 had tiny hole on the tail.
We thought the fish would thriving and their tails would be alright; but on day 2 & 3, its got worsen. We separated the fish currently and under treatment. I am hopeful.
We love guppy cause it brings back childhood memories; but the fish's condition we received had our emotions ran rollers. Communicated with Houston Aqua Team, and awaiting for their solutions. They seem to be really nice and communicative; would give an update review once solution provided.

Great looking fish, super happy even 3 weeks out

I'm delighted with my order from Houston Aqua. I ordered 18 fish in total. The first order was a trio of Red Dumbo guppies. The most colorful and vibrant females I've ever purchased. Each fish was shipped with care and individually packaged, which makes a huge difference when shipping. Most stores will put different fish from different tanks and can cross-contaminate fish that can become ill during travel, but not Houston Aqua.
My second order was iffy. The koi guppies did not travel well, but Houston Aqua replaced them as soon as they could. Overall, 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
